A fifth generation resident, Charlie owned a business for 24 years on Main Street, served in a variety of civic leadership roles, including Fredericksburg Town Major, a board member for Fredericksburg Independent School District, president of St. Mary’s Parish Board, as a Justice of the Peace, a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission and of the Historical Committee that developed the original Historical District ordinance, and city council.
Starting in 2000 as a full-time agent, Charlie really does have superior knowledge of the Texas Hill Country, whether you are talking Residential or Farm & Ranch. Combined with full time support from other agents and staff of the Real Estate Advisory Team, he brings that “true team concept” to work for you.
Charlie has been married to his sweetheart, Jeanne, since 1974; together, they have three children and seven grandchildren. In his free time, Charlie enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending and volunteering at community events, ranching and hunting. Plus, spending time with his ranch cat, Samantha, in whatever activities she feels like joining in on at the K5 Ranch!
