Dale was raised on a family dairy farm in the Midwest and knows the deep value of hard work, dedication and perseverance. During his early years in college, he was called out to serve in the U.S. Army and is a proud Viet Nam veteran. Following his service, he continued his education, achieving a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s in business administration.
He pursued a career in commercial banking rising to roles as Bank President of an independent bank and Regional Director of a national banking company. He has participated in financing and equity positions in complex real estate transactions, including housing and commercial developments totaling over $1 billion in his lifetime.
Dale has been a licensed real estate broker for over 50 years holding licenses in California, Colorado, Texas and New Mexico. He and his wife, Laura, have lived in Fredericksburg for 25 years. They raised their two grown children in Fredericksburg and believe this community contributed greatly to their successful careers.
Dale is active in the community serving roles as an officer and director of various charitable organizations. He is proud to have fiercely loyal clients based on applying his knowledge and experience on a daily basis keeping up with current market conditions, trends, and pricing.
