Born in Uvalde, Texas and raised primarily in Fredericksburg, Emma Itz developed a deep appreciation for the land and the Hill Country lifestyle at an early age.
Emma began attending Texas Tech University in 2019, where she earned a degree in animal science with a concentration in business. After graduating, she returned to Fredericksburg, where she now resides and has since spent several years immersing herself in the Hill Country real estate market. Emma values a strong work ethic, honesty, and attention to detail.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys hunting, spending time outdoors, and visiting her family’s ranch in New Mexico. She married her husband, Kaiden Itz, in 2024, and continues building her life in the Hill Country she is proud to call home.
