Neal Reeh is a sixth-generation Gillespie County resident who was raised in Doss, Texas, where his parents operated a general store, auto repair shop, farm, and ranch. Growing up in this environment instilled in him a strong customer-service mindset and a “do what it takes” attitude and work-ethic to help others.
Neal holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and has been a full-time real estate professional since 1997. A Broker Associate, GRI, and REALTOR®, he founded the Real Estate Advisory Team in 2003. In January 2025, following a three-year succession plan, Neal transitioned from Broker of Record and Owner to Broker Sales Associate, with ownership of Real Estate Advisory Team, LLC passing to Clay Sears.
Throughout his career, Neal has benefited from the guidance of influential mentors, and the experiences, systems, and dedication developed over the years have enabled him to effectively serve others with their real estate needs. He understands that selling often accompanies significant life changes, while buying may represent either the culmination of decades of work or a long-term commitment for the future, and he considers it an honor and privilege to guide clients through these important decisions.
Neal and his wife, Debbie Farquhar Reeh, enjoy the best of both worlds, living in Fredericksburg and periodically spending time on their family ranch in the country.

My brother, Cody Pape and I (Carolyn K Pape-Pipes), have recently worked with Mr. Neal Reeh to sell my mom’s and dad’s house and property on Highway 479. Mr. Reeh had been the realtor listing the house and property back in 2002 when our parents purchased the place. We absolutely enjoyed working with Mr. Reeh so much. He was gracious and caring as he answered all our questions – for this was sort of my brother’s and my “first rodeo”.
